Founding Partner & Executive Producer
Katy is a pro at delivering meaningful experiences that drive behaviour by identifying continuity between humans and brands. Having worked for nearly two decades in events and public relations, she has had the opportunity to successfully implement effective projects, programs, and campaigns throughout Canada and the United States, and as far away as France, the UK, and Japan.
Having worked for a roster of clients in corporate, non-profit, government, and social sectors she is well versed in quickly understanding the unique needs and challenges in different markets. While her hands-on leadership style and authenticity allow her to gain trust and build relationships quickly with stakeholders including clients, delegates, media, vendors, and sponsors.
By working collaboratively with clients Katy is able to identify what the ultimate goal is and design programs and strategies that align with these goals. Through attention to detail and an agile working style she is able to successfully move projects from concept to execution ensuring clients have a valued and exceptional experience every step of the way.

With over 25 years in the industry, he has worked across various sectors, leading projects ranging from corporate conferences to large-scale social events, always emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
